How do I change my password?
You can change your password in the settings page.

I lost my password.
Using your email address you can request a new password page. Once requested, our system will promptly send you an email with a link to set a new password.

My room is too hot/cold.
Science and Engineering 2 is a new building and due to that, there are many small quirks with it. Send us an email and we will further investiage the problem.

How often do you count votes?
Our system counts votes every 5 minutes. You can vote as much as you want, but only the last vote in that room will be taken into account for every five minute inteveral.

How do I request a room?
You can request a room in our site's room page.

I don't see a room I want.
We are constantly adding rooms to the list of avaiable rooms. If you would like to request a room, please contact us at thermovote@andes.ucmerced.

How do I join?
We are rolling our service through out the campus. Currently we are doing small rollouts to test different areas through out the campus.

Where are my rooms?
We have made major changes on how the backend works and this has resulted in a loss in backwards compatibility. We are reviewing old rooms and adding them back into the list of rooms. If you want a room from the old study back send us an email and we can set this as a priorty.
